terms of service

I have the right to decline any requests!- you must pay within 48 hours of acceptance.
- there is no set time to how long a commission will take (do not rush me!)
you are allowed to ask for updates.
- first come, first serve!you have no right to use my art for NFTs, commercial/monetized usage, merch/to resell, AI, or to edit!!

RULES

I have the right to refund/turn away any commission for whatever reason!YOU MUST BE +16 YEARS OLD TO COMMISSION ME!

- you will receive a sketch of your commission (free of charge), which i will make any changes need (drastic changes may affect price).
- ^ rule above only applies to full body and half body comms!!
- you CAN NOT change the type of commission after paying! (changing will result in full refund.)
- after getting the sketch image, you may not ask for a refund!
- changes to the final piece can only be made 72 hours after finishing.
- if i must issue a refund, your money will come back in whole.
- ^ rule above only applies for anything except a sketch comms or if i have not progressed past sketching phase!!
